Happy Merry Christmas!!

Happiest Holidays this morning!  Did you get everything you were hoping you'd get??  Was there a ton of art supplies and now you don't know what to do with it all?  Might I suggest you go take a look at the forums on the trading site and do some Try It Tuesdays, Illustration Fridays, or a Challenge or two?  Today is the perfect sort of day for doing that stuff.  I've got my markers out, along with my gold and silver paint pens today.

It's **SNOWING** here at our place in Oregon!!  We're getting ready for a family gathering later today; so there's a roast cooking, fresh baked sour dough bread, cookies sandwiched together with frosting, potatoes au gratin, and lots of games and puzzles everywhere.  It's a wonderful day!  Of course, with all this snow, I don't know how much the games will be used - when there's snow, you're supposed to go out and play in it!  :)

Today's Try it Tuesday is a hardish one (I think): Snow.  It's hardish to capture snow on a white piece of paper!  I guess the whole paper could just be a white out blizzard.  lol.  But if you look closely, snow isn't generally white at all; but bluish instead, see:
